By Q3 2026, construction at San Sebastian Breeze Resort has progressed significantly. Work is now underway across all buildings, with the first structures clearly taking shape. Several staircases have been completed, while masonry walls are continuing to rise throughout the resort. The roof tiles have also been shipped from Spain and are on their way to Curaçao.
With the walls now in place in most of the apartments, it is becoming possible to walk through the spaces and get a much better impression of the size, layout and overall feel of the residences. The project is gradually starting to resemble the original plans.
